Dynamic Aviation has signed a three-year agreement for Dynamic Airways, its commercial-jet charter unit, to provide flights for Korean tour operator Hoda Air Services.
Hoda Air Services is a new subsidiary of SBH Corporation and is Dynamic Airways’ first Asia-based customer.
Under the terms of the contract, Dynamic Airways will provide Seoul-based Hoda Air Services with a McDonnell Douglas MD-88 supported by a full crew for passenger flights between Guam and Seoul beginning later this summer.
Charter airline Dynamic Airways, owned by special-mission operator Dynamic Aviation, beings operations in 2010 using this McDonnell Douglas MD-88, a former Midwest Airlines aircraft. The carrier, which is based at Smirth Reynolods Airport in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, expects to receive a second aircraft in December 2010
The Dynamic Airways aircraft initially will operate four round-trip flights per week on the route, with plans to increase the frequency of flights later in the year. The Dynamic Airways MD-88 will seat up to 155 passengers and is a member of the McDonnell Douglas MD-80 family of twin-engine, medium-range, single-aisle commercial jet airliners.
